Credin BageriPartner changes name to CBP.
Another new business unit is etablished: CBP Nonfood+.
Two new business units are established: CBP Industry, and CBP Retail and Convenience.
Credin BageriPartner acquires Frederik Christiansen Food (FC). FC becomes a subsidiary of Credin BageriPartner.
Credin BageriPartner acquires Inco's bakery division.
Credin BageriPartner splits into: Credin and Credin BageriPartner (two independent joint stock companies).
Credin and MaltCentralen merge and become "Credin BageriPartner A/S".
Orkla acquires the remaining 50% of Maltcentralen and Credin 100% from Palsgaard.
Credin moves warehousing/distribution from Juelsminde to Bødkervej in Vejle. MaltCentralen moves its entire operation from Ferrarivej to Bødkervej.
Palsgaard acquires 50% of MaltCentralen (joint venture). The Taastrup department closes (from two regional departments to one system in Vejle). Cerealia sells MaltCentralen to Norwegian Orkla.
Two independent profit centres are established (east and west).
MaltCentralen A/S is acquired by KåKå AB. Odense, Aalborg and Kolding merge into the main headquarters in Vejle. Ringsted and Glostrup merge with distribution facilities in Taastrup. Sale of flour and bread mix to bakeries is transferred to Havnemøllerne.
Dansk Maltcentral A/S changes its name to MaltCentralen A/S.
The Cerealia Group acquires Havnemøllerne and thus also Dansk Maltcentral A/S.
Dansk Maltcentral A/S sold to Havnemøllerne A/S, close collaboration for many years.
Dansk Maltcentral A/S becomes a total supplier to Danish bakeries.
Dansk Maltcentral A/S provides other raw ingredients to bakeries, including production at its own factory in Copenhagen.
United Breweries (Carlsberg + Tuborg) establish Dansk Maltcentral A/S, which is a platform for sales of malt (byproduct from beer production) to Danish bakeries.
